A VST plug-in to dirty your samples
This plug-in applies a spectro-harmonic translation on the formant of the sound, by the statistical interpolation method, so-called "Bayes's analysis".(more info: http://members.aol.com/johnp71/bayes.html)
Bubuscratch works great with the signals which have a low harmonic content, but you may get interesting results with drums or rythmic loops...
