Oops Creamware ?

Creamware filled the 2nd of June an application for protection from creditors with the district council in Bonn, Germany. In clear: Creamware is in difficulties :-/
Mind that the products of creamware are still (according to some on the forums) good stuff running smoothly, that they stay in operation and maintain their 55 employees at work. The protection mesure is on point to help the company getting out of its problems and start again on firm grounds, happy and with pink cheeks.
And now a bit of legal stuff of importance:
"For you, the customer, this means: product development and support will be continued at full scale. The technological platform the Company uses will not only be maintained, but also will be refined and expanded in order to provide continued product updates and releases. The Company initiated the filing after the software for the Noah synthesizer was delayed until May, while the Noah hardware was already in full production since March 2003, this causing unforeseen financial strain on the Company. In some way the company was run over by its positive, but late, release of their new Noah product.
The creditor protection procedure now allows CreamWare Datentechnik GmbH to continue full business operations and to implement the Company's business plan."
We can only wish Creamware will recover quickly and offer more exciting products :)
