Music Hardware : M-Audio festival! - macmusicRadium 49 USB MIDI controller: The unit is identical to its recently introduced 61-key sibling, Radium, except that it offers one octave fewer keys and can run on batteries. 49 keys are augmented with 8 MIDI-assignable knobs and 8 MIDI-assignable sliders, giving real-time control of 16 MIDI parameters. Five user-definable preset banks extend this control to 80 MIDI parameters of the user's choice at the touch of a button. Radium 49 also has a built-in USB MIDI interface (16 channels of MIDI data directly with the computer. Two separate MIDI Outs. Pitch wheel, modulation wheel and octave up/down keys that extend the range of the 4-octave keyboard +/-3 octaves. The unit is powered via the USB port, batteries or via a 9V power supply.

Ozone: an all-in-one keyboard, MIDI control surface, mic preamp, USB audio interface and USB MIDI interface that's no bigger than a laptop. Designed primarily for mobile or desktop use where size and/or weight are an issue, Ozone provides a complete personal mobile studio from input to output when combined with a computer. 25-note keyboard, pitch and modulation wheels, eight control knobs.

ProSessions Sound Library is a new collection of affordable samples created by some of today's top musicians, composers and producers. The ProSessions library delivers inspiration across a wide variety of genres and styles including hip-hop, dance, pop, Latin, R&B, rap, drum & bass, techno, world beat and more. Each 14 CD delivers over 400MB of samples in multiple formats: AIFF, WAV, REX2 and Acidized WAV.

OmniStudio USB
A complete USB audio/MIDI studio interface, OmniStudio USB builds on the success of M-Audio' s popular Quattro USB and Omni Studio, combining their features into a single compact 24-bit/96kHz interface for USB computers. The 4x4 architecture is software configurable for 4x4 operation at 16-bits, or 2x4 or 4x2 operation at 24-bits, thereby getting the most out of the bandwidth available via the USB specification. The unit sports an on-board mixer along with numerous connections for auxiliary I/O, effects sends/returns, monitoring and more. OmniStudio USB is designed for both mobile and desktop operation and includes detachable rack-mount ears.

MobilePre USB: a bus-powered USB interface with built-in two-channel mic/instrument preamps. Inputs include two XLR balanced microphone connectors with switchable +48V phantom power, 1/8" stereo microphone jacks, and two 1/4" TRS balanced instrument/line inputs. The latter are high impedance for optimization of input signals such as guitars and basses. Each input channel also features a gain control knob (+40dB maximum), phantom power indicator, and a signal presence/clipping indicator. MobilePre USB output complement includes two 1/4" unbalanced outputs, an 1/8" stereo line output, and 1/8" stereo headphone output with level knob.
MobilePre USB connects directly with a computer via a simple USB cable. The unit supports 16-bit audio input and output at sampling rates of 8k, 96k, 11.25k, 12k, 16k, 22.5k, 24k, 32k, 44.1k, and 48k. USB MobilePre also offers zero-latency direct hardware monitoring with software control of levels. Combined with its extremely compact size, MobilePre USB is ideal for mobile studios based on laptop computers. The unit ships with M-Audio's drivers for Windows and Mac OS computers, including OS X. The package also includes M-Audio's Maximum Audio Tools bundle including an assortment of software designed to get users making music immediately.

Audiophile USB: Audio and MIDI USB interface. The Audiophile USB delivers 24-bit/96kHz fidelity, allow the user to independently scale bit depth and sample rate to deliver the lowest USB latency. High 109dB dynamic range and low .002% THD. Connections include two analog line-level audio inputs (1/4" unbalanced and RCA), two analog line-level audio outputs (RCA), S/PDIF digital in/out, MIDI in/out, and a 1/4" headphone output. Level control knobs are provided for the line-level outs and stereo headphone outs.

Studiophile BX5 reference monitors: The BX5s offer 76 watts of bi-amped near-field technology at a fraction of the cost of other monitors their size. The monitor has extensive bass, treble, medium room optimization available.
