Creamware plays its new track in B Flat

After the creation of the new entity Creamware Audio GmbH, Frank "Franckie" Hund, founder and CEO, let out a few words that are puttings product powerusers a bit on the downside. A short list of the questions and answers on PlanetZ, a specialised into Creamware independant forum:
DP future: the SDK will be available but "at your own risks" and without support...
SFP 4.0 ? A new version, possible but it's vague. Creamware is running on a much lower scale so…
PCI-X: Franckie is interested, but balancing with FireWire/USB 2.0, it'll go under scrutiny and he is asking for user feedback.
OSX: OOCH! Even if the job is already advanced (exactly how much?), it's stopped now. And it's not on the agenda for the time being.
Noah: well, it's in OSX we know that already, and the development will go on. Interesting to know it's the delays in this baby that put Creamware in difficulties.
CWA for broadcast? Priorities seem to shift to wholesale markets.
CW broadcast is still a CWA product so…
TripleDAT and similar products: …CreamWare Audio is promising a new generation CUTmaster XP broadcast oriented with crossgrade possible for tripleDAT users.
"Direct" marketing: "Franckie" knows that it'll be hard to restore confidence from both power users and distributors as an administrator (Dick) was managing the company for 9 months. This said, CWA count now not one but 2 directors: "Franckie" himself and Wolf Roth. we wish them to work in harmony for the sake of Creamware...
Marketing: Franck Hund is calling to users for hints on how to communicate on the SFP. Asking users to make themselves the advertisment, that is direct marketing!
XTC Mode and normal Mode: artistic blur. Along the same line, "Frankie" is wondering what to do with the XTC (PC only, a way to make CW plugins as VST plugins under some conditions) and ask for some hints as he thinks it's a repellant for VST users…
Patience and time...
In the end, "Frankie" is asking for patience for the new company, it's still being organised. We can only agree and accept, wishing only that the new CWA had a more clear roadmap for the future. Now is time for users input which a rare and great thing!
