An upgrade of the step sequencer "Lauflicht" for the Novation Launchpad to the version 2 has been released. The plugin for Renoise is a moving light, multitrack and multitimbral step sequencer with 8, 16 or 32 steps, turning your Launchpad into a Hardware Step Sequencer. It was especially designed for playing live and to be capable of editing beats and patterns without the mouse.
Besides the addition of a lot of smaller features and the implementation of user requests like grouped tracks support and better performance, the new version has two new core features.
Both, the powerful control matrix and the keyboard mode enhance the workflow to produce creative drum patterns, bass lines and melodies.

CrX4 is the successor to the CronoX 3 and uses any kind of samples as raw material for synthesis. available for download. VariSaturator is an audio effect plug-in
designed to apply saturation and overdrive effects to audio
material. VariSaturator is available in AudioUnit and VST plug-in
formats (including native 64-bit support), for Mac OS X (v10.5 and
later), and Windows computers.

Note that on Mac, VariSaturator now supports Mac OS X v10.5 and
higher only, running on Intel processors. Mac PowerPC support is not
available.
