Nektar have announced a new USB controller surface with deep integration for Cubase and Reason – The new Panorama P1.

Like Nektar's Panorama P4 and P6 USB controller keyboards, the Panorama P1 features extensive generic MIDI controller capabilities that allow operating any DAW in a unique and direct way. In addition the deep instrument and device control integration technology created by Nektar for Cubase and Reason enables transparent control, as if you were operating hardware.

U-PHORIA models include the UM2, built around BEHRINGER's ultra-low-noise XENYX mic preamps and the high-end UM22, UMC202 and UMC204 that feature the sonic purity of MIDAS-designed mic pres.

All models include professional-grade +48 V Phantom Power for use with condenser microphones. The UMC202 (2 x 2) and UMC204 (2 x 4) employ high-precision 24-Bit/96 kHz digital converters.

PreSonus announces the Sceptre -series CoActual studio reference monitors.

The ADA8200 is a state-of-the-art, 8-channel A/D and D/A converter with 8 onboard MIDAS-designed mic preamps.

Users can connect their favorite mics, including studio-grade condensers thanks to built-in true +48 V power, and record directly to a multi-track or computer-based recorder via the built-in ADAT interface. Digital to analog and analog to digital conversion takes place accurately and instantaneously via reference-class Cirrus Logic 24-bit converters, with the user's choice of either 44.1 or 48 kHz resolution.
