MellowMuse has announced the release of SATV, an analogue modelled saturation plug-in with four preset models, perfect for adding harmonic depth and richness to any material.

The inspiration for the four preset models were :

Together with the four preset models (A to D), SATV features Drive, Mix, Output, and an innovative Group mode.

Group mode allows all instances of SATV in your session to be controlled from any one instance of SATV.

For example, setting Drive or saturation mode on any SATV will update all other instances allowing subtle or radical changes to the character of your entire mix from any SATV. SATV's efficient CPU usage allows for high instance counts.

Magneto Audio Labs releases the VariOhm which provides the best match between the microphone and mic preamp and enhance audio quality and offer tone choices.

The VariOhm is connected between the microphone and the microphone preamp, either the built—in preamp of a mixer or an external mic pre may be used. The concept behind VariOhm is that impedances of microphones and preamps vary considerably.
