Ambrosia Software has released version 1.0.8 of WireTap Studio, its audio recording, editing, and management software.

Changes :

- Enhanced editor behaviors: more accurate meters, automatic selection of new markers, solved an issue exporting split files
- Improved handling of large files: more robust behavior when files get too large or exceed available disk space
- New recordings now always show up properly after creating or updating a library; fixed a bug that sometimes hid list of files
- LivePreview now handles all file formats correctly; fixed a bug that caused occasional hangs when some formats were selected
- iPhone export improved; fixed a crash that sometimes happened upon initial export

KRK Systems today announced the availability of the R6 passive studio monitor. The R6 incorporates design cues from KRK's Rokit line, including radically radiused edges along the front of the cabinet.
