OscVstBridge is a free VST plug-in that bridges VST data to the Open Sound Control [OSC] network domain.
VST plug-ins typically have parameters that are controllable by the user. These parameters appear as the knobs and sliders or as MIDI CC. By using OscVstBridge you can control via your MIDI controller or VST sequencer OSC devices that are networked to the controlling computer. Similarly OSC controllers can send messages to OscVstBridge that will convert it to VST parameter or MIDI data.
OscVstBridge uses jVSTwRapper a wrapper that enables VST plugin development using JAVA. OscVstBridge also uses the NetUtil OSC library in JAVA.

Atmospheric Pressure by 9 Soundware is a set of instruments for the EXS24 sampler within Apple Logic Pro. The theme of the sound set is atmospheric pressure, which is portrayed as sounds of wind-like ambience, undersea activity, various air masses, crashing implosions, and ear-tearing altitude shift.
The instruments are based on 50 samples (30 loops, 16 one-shot events, and 4 hits). The source sounds for the samples include underwater recordings, noise, and performed effects processing. The samples, 1 to 28 seconds in length, include organic noise-based textures, synthetic loops, crescendoing one-shot events, and sustaining impacts.
In addition to the 174 MB AtmosphericPressure.exs instrument which uses all 50 samples, included are 20 instruments which make extensive use of the modulation capabilities of the EXS24 mkII sampler. Among them are tempo synced instruments, free-form textural instruments, impact instruments, as well as ambience instruments that can trigger contrasting samples using MIDI message cc#1 (Ear-tearing Shift.exs), and tuned noise instruments (Torr.exs). Many are designed to be played primarily with the modulation and pitch bend wheels (and less so with the keys). As they lend themselves more to performance than step sequencing, a midi controller is highly recommended when using this sound set.
The 175 MB download includes 21 .EXS files and 50 WAV files (24-bit/44.1 kHz).

Concussion by 9 Soundware is an instrument in EXS24 format. Based on acoustic impact sounds created entirely with found objects, the sounds contained are intended to augment or be used as an alternative to traditional drum and percussion instruments.
The instrument is constructed from samples of objects being struck, thrown, dropped, and manipulated in a variety of other ways. Among the items used in the recordings are sheet metal, furniture, auto parts, a flyswatter, chains, mousetraps, pipes, and a cardboard box. Examples include the sounds of a large piece of sheet metal being struck with a metal rod, furniture being slammed against the studio wall, a small chain being dropped onto a paint roller tray, and air produced from flinging a stick. These samples were designed to work together to form an atypical, yet versatile, rhythmic instrument.
Concussion, which features 6 sound categories (Air, Metal, Paper, Plastic, Wood, and Miscellaneous), includes 106 sounds (sampled at 1-5 velocities) that are mapped across a 9 octave range in an EXS24 instrument.
The 18 MB download includes 1 .EXS file and 194 WAV files (24-bit/44.1 kHz).
