Audio Hardware : Shure steps into the Studio Headphone Market - macmusicShure unveils its SRH series of studio headphones. There are three models in the range : the SRH240 (€199), the SRH440 (€249) and the SRH840 (€299). All three have closed-back earcups for use in recording applications.

The SRH240 is described as a perfect headphone for general listening while the SRH440 is optimized for studio monitoring and accurate listening. Last but not least, the SRH840 is specially designed for professional audio engineers and musicians and offers "rich bass, clear mids and extended highs".
