Apple just published on its Web site a list of all new applications available as Universal Binary versions. More than 705 applications are available right now. ArtsAcoustic has updated its Reverb to version 1.1.1 in order to add an uninstaller tool for Mac OS X, a new serial number entry screen and to fix several bugs. ArtsAcoustic Reverb is an algorithmic reverb working on every sample rate with low quality mode for CPU saving and 7 different room characteristics.

Gvox today announced the imminent arrival of Encore 4.5.6 for Mac. This upgrade seems to be "a substantial bug fix and optimization" for Encore users on the Apple platform. Encore 4.5.6 boasts improved performance, ranging from changes to onscreen look and feel to a vast improvement in overall speed, and major advances on MIDI functions. Most notably, Encore's Real Time Transcription now performs smoothly and efficiently for Mac users.

The upgrade will be available on February 15, 2006.
