Due to huge demand Clavia is publishing a beta of the classic Nord Modular Editor for OS X. Previously the editor was only available for OS 9 and Windows.
NOTE: The beta is not a released software version and Clavia takes no responsibility for any bugs in the package nor will they do any further development of the beta.

Pyper 0.22 by Andy Szybalski is a musical development environment. It allows you to write Python scripts that generates music in real-time. Pyper uses QuickTime Musical Instruments for synthesis.

GRBand Assistant is a collection of software utilities (GB DrumLoops, GB Import and MidiMaster) designed to enhance the funcionality of Apple's GarageBand product. Andy's software just posted an update to version 2.0.2 for GB Import prompt user for location of samples.

MOTU announced an update to version 1.24 for its USB Midi Driver (USB Fastlane, Micro express, Express XT & MIDI, Timepiece AV). This update features : improved MIDI timing support with Propellerheads Reason, and clockworks support for the DTP has also been added. Refer to the Clockworks manual link below.
