SoundFont Synth by Andy's softwares is updated to v1.2.3. This Audio Unit component plug-in is designed to make the synthesis of natural instruments using Sound Fonts, available to GarageBand and other Audio Unit hosts. This new version features : handles bank changes now correctly.

Multiple sources say that Apple will update iBooks on Tuesday October 19. The new iBook will feature G4 processor speeds of up to 1.3GHz, and lower prices. On the other hand, sources say that Apple is planning to release the U2-edition iPod around the week of November 21. This special iPod will feature a distinctive enclosure and will come pre-loaded with all the band's major album releases.

VSamp is a software sample player. It comprises a program for creating and playing virtual instruments, a VST plugin and an Audio Units plugin for playing VSamp instruments from within a VST or AU sequencer. This new version features : added level column to Instrument window, added buffer size preference and fixed problems with some Core Audio interfaces.
