Music Hardware : Dave Smith Instruments is Busy! - macmusicFrom our friends from EX5T, we learn that if you are the lucky owner of an Evolver, the new OS 1.5 in beta will be available to the public for testing. The beta is backward compatible, so no changes to old patches already in the beast.

Also, Dave Smith has made it quasi-official that he is working on a new polysynth. Admirers of Prophet 5s, VSs and other Wavestations will be in paradise :)

440network : MacMusic.org Theme Song: Download it, Hear it, Sing it - macmusicSince you passed by the Mac Music stand at the Apple Expo 2003, a very charming song has been stuck into your head. You dream of it every night, you whistle it all day, in the shower, while shopping, at work...

For those of you who didn't come to the AE 2003, it's the fabulous song composed and played by our two friends Soif and Nolot used in their demos. (You should have seen the audience singing "MacMusic" with them! Ha!)

This masterpiece, halfway between James Brown and "Tenue de soirée," is now available freely on the MacMusic website to satisfy all the fans and interest anyone curious.

All together, now!
