Verbatim has announced the availability of their new mini 8cm sized 2-4x CD-RW discs. The discs can save up to 185MB of data, music files, presentations, images and more and are available as a 5 pack in multi colours.

Digidesign and Emagic announced planned support of Emagic's Logic Platinum for Digidesign TDM systems under Mac OS X. Emagic and Digidesign are working together to deliver this compatibility quickly. Emagic has already worked with Digidesign to implement this, and has displayed a technical preview version of Logic Platinum at the recent 113th AES convention in Los Angeles running on Pro Tools|HD systems under Mac OS X.
