Mark Malson announces an update of AutoTagX to version
2.65 for Mac OS X. This is a free upgrade to registered users.

AutoTagX automatically tags and organizes your MP3 files with the
simplicity of drag-and-drop and the power of internet music databases.

Version 2.65 fixes some bugs and adds some new features:
- Fixed a problem where the app would hang before searching the FreeDB.
- Added alternate formats for naming the Album, Track, and Title tag for
albums, compilations, and single files.
- Added an editable list of characters to omit from file and folder names.
- Removed the lame installer. Now it features drag-and-drop installation.
- Included an obligatory uninstaller for older versions that can't just be
trashed.

PSP, the Polish editor announces 2 new plugs-in :

- PrEQursor : a simulated preamp providing the quality of a preamp
Class A, phase reverse, low and high filters, switchable low cut filter and equaliser.

- MixVerb : a reverb with a lot of internal and independant algorithms,
with effects as spring, plate, reverse, hall, cathedral... and parameters
which can be separately adjusted as decay, predelay, output...

MixVerb is availabe in Springtime and PrEQursor in Summer.

Apple announced that Albert Gore Jr., the former Vice President of the United States, has joined the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Gore was elected at last Apple's board meeting.
