Plug-ins : Serato Pitch 'n Time version 2.1 HD - macmusicAn upgrade version of Serato Pitch 'n Time 2.1 HD is now available for $99 USD to all current users. The 2.1 upgrade adds Pro Tools HD and iLok dongle support for Pitch 'n Time 2. Please note that v2.1 HD is compatible with Protools HD running 44.1k and 48k sessions only. A version of Pitch 'n Time compatible with 96k and 192k sample rates is planned for release later in 2002.

Plug-ins : IK releases HTDM version of T-Racks - macmusicIK Multimedia announced the release of its analog mastering software T-RackS as an HTDM plug-in for ProTools for MacOS. This new release of T-RackS has also been enhanced with the ability to support all Digidesign control surfaces, including the new digi002 system and the already popular Control |24 and Pro Control. All previously registered RTAS users of T-RackS may download the upgrade for free from the T-RackS web site.

Computer Hardware : MOTU announces 192kHz Audio Interface - macmusicMOTU announced the HD192, a two rack-space 12-channel high definition audio interface for Macintosh and Windows personal computers. The HD192 provides high-quality audio recording and playback on 12 XLR analog inputs and outputs at any standard sample rate up to 192 kHz. A fully expanded HD192 system provides up to 48 channels of simultaneous analog I/O. As with MOTU's other new PCI-424 systems (the 24I/O and 2408mk3), the HD192 will be sold as both a core system (with PCI card and AudioDesk software for $1,895) and expansion I/O ($1,595).
