A Pro Tools TDM 6.4.1cs3 update is now available for MIX Systems only. In addition to all previous 6.4.1 CS fixes, Pro Tools TDM 6.4.1cs3 fixes :launching or creating a session with more than 16 mono bus or output paths may result in a crash (Item #57053).

Bitcartel announced that their internet audio recorder application iRecordMusic is updated to version 1.4. This new release of iRecordMusic adds real time encoding support using new formats including Ogg Vorbis, Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC), LAME MP3 and standard encoding to 3GPP and Apple Lossless. iRecord Music adds some minor improvements and bug fixes.
iRecordMusic 1.4 is available as a free update for registered users and full version costs $24.95. A demo version is also available.

SSL (Solid State Logic) announces that AWS900 consoles an now be purchased in eight or 16 channel versions. These consoles are full 24-fader but have fewer inputs and outputs. Additional blocks of eight channels can also be added at any time, and total recall has now also been introduced as an option for the AWS900.
8-channel version costs £39,500, 16-channel version costs £44,500, additional 8-channel block costs £8000, and Total Recall automation costs £2500.
