SM Pro Audio is now shipping their new ADDA 192-S, a two-channel, 24-bit, 192-kHz AD/DA converter. Two high quality combo connectors are provided on the front panel for easy connectivity of mic or line level sources. The mic inputs feature preamps with switchable 48V phantom power and -20dB PAD. High-quality internal analog circuitry ensures optimum analog performance, while digital connectivity is provided in the form of both optical and coaxial S/PDIF I/O. The unit is designed to operate from internal or external sync (via S/PDIF). The built in headphone amp and analog/digital rotary mix controls allow the ADDA 192-S to be monitored effectively in any situation. The master XLR and headphone output signal can be specifically tailored to provide a controlled mix level of both the analog and digital inputs.

The ADDA 192-S is now available for $499.

WaveMachine Labs has updated Drumagog to v4.08b.

A download for the new AmpliTube 2.1 is now available, providing compatibility for IK Users with Mac Intel Core Duo Systems. DUY has announced that the new versions of all its native plug-ins are compatible with Apple's Intel-based Mac computers.Compatibility for the TDM versions will follow before the end of 2006. The available plug-ins compatible with Intel-based Mac computers are the following:

* Magic Spectrum 2.0 for RTAS, Audio Units, MAS and VST.
* MagicEQ LE 2.0 for RTAS, Audio Units, MAS and VST.
* EverPack Bundle Multihost 3.0 for RTAS, Audio Units, MAS and VST.

Registered users of the native versions of Magic Spectrum and MagicEQ can download the new versions for free. Users of EverPack 2.5 (Multihost) are also entitled to a free upgrade.
