i got this when i worked at the company headquarters in woodinville, washington. it is one of the first vlz pro units ever made and the circuit-board is blue; indicating that it was an in-house pre-build unit. the silk-screening is in the older vlz style, as are the red and white knobs. but, rest assured; this unit has the full-specification vlz-pro circuitry in it. this unit is identical to the currently for sale vlz pro units in stores, except for the cosmetics. i still work for mackie in a technical capacity and have inspected the unit before selling it. it is operationally ‘as new’.
